Once your order is ready to go, we will promptly prepare it for shipping. Expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days after it leaves our hands. We use reliable carriers to ensure your products reach you safely. Once the shipment is checked in at the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for missing or delayed packages; however, we will be happy to take the next step in locating your missing package and/or replacing if we see necessary.
Returns
Due to our products being all natural, we do not accept exchanges or returns. If a package arrives with broken containers, please send us an email with a picture attached, so we can get another on the way.
